Matt's experiences include time working with the best Sport Scientists in the country, and helping to condition the UK's elite sportsmen and women. With a BSc (hons) degree in Applied Sports Science, Matt has developed these skills by incorporating successful methods of elite training as a personal trainer. Matt's own love of sport has led him to compete in a variety of different races including the Great North Run and the London Marathon. Matt has revolutionised his clients training with specific guidance to achieve outstanding changes. By utilising a performance pyramid Matt's stability training is an essential phase for postural imbalances, injury prevention and torso stabilisation, combined with lucrative weight loss skills and a progressive strength and conditioning programme to maximise results.
